A previous post some one said they preferred their Freehand over the Beco and the Ergo.  Any one else out there try one of these?  What do you think?  I costs less than the Beco and the Ergo (which I have both of)  I am really tempted.

Hypothetically speaking, if you were hiking with a two-month-old, and your available carriers were a stretchy wrap, a mei tai and an SSC, which would you choose, and what carry would you use?

Edit: So far (at a month old) she prefers the stretchy wrap to the mei tai, and I haven't tried the SSC yet.

There is no "manduca" tag, so forgive me if this is an often-discussed item, but do we love it?  Hate it?  Here in Norway at a shop that sells a lot of baby carriers, it's apparently their number one seller.

My babe is 5.5 months old, and I'm trying to find a new carrier for her.  I currently own 4 carriers: a Moby, a Bjorn, a Snugli (gift, never used), and an Infantino (gift, never used).  I'm looking for something different from the Moby and Bjorn, the only two I've used.

My daughter's 10 months old and her arms are in that in-between stage in our Ergo where they're pretty confined when placed under the straps or the straps dig into her armpits if her arms are above them.
